Copyright & Takedowns
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Our policy
3dawg and bigdawg.app let users upload their own artwork and order printed products. Users are responsible for having the rights to everything they upload (Terms section 5). BigDawg responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws, removes or disables infringing material, and suspends or permanently bans repeat infringers (Terms section 7).
If you own a copyright (or are authorized to act for the owner) and believe material on the Service, or a product being printed through it, infringes it, send us a notice with the form below. You can also email the same information to our designated copyright agent at [email protected].
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing (or that it was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are not sure whether the material infringes, consider talking to a lawyer first.

What happens next
- We review the notice. Incomplete notices may be rejected or we may ask for more information.
- If the notice is valid, we remove or disable the material, cancel affected unfulfilled orders, and notify the user who uploaded it, which may include sending them a copy of your notice.
- The user receives a strike. Repeat or willful infringers are permanently banned from 3dawg and bigdawg.app.
Counter notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, or that you had permission to use it, email [email protected] with a counter notice that includes:
- your name, address, phone number and email, and your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the removed material and where it appeared before it was removed;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the U.S., any judicial district in which BigDawg may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
We will send the counter notice to the person who filed the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the infringement, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days.
Trademarks and other rights
For trademark (logos, team and brand names), right of publicity, or other complaints that are not copyright, use the same form and describe the right in the "Copyrighted work" field. We handle these under our Terms of Service and may remove the content and ban the accounts involved.
