This Privacy Policy explains how BigDawg ("BigDawg", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use 3dawg and bigdawg.app (the "Service"). 3dawg is part of BigDawg: your 3dawg account is your BigDawg account, and information is shared between the two. Using the Service means you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details: name, email address, password (handled by BigDawg; 3dawg itself never stores it), role, and organization or team.
• Content: artwork, images, logos, vector files, fonts, designs, templates, patterns, patches, print layouts, team names and player rosters (names, numbers, sizes), and messages, prompts and images you give to AI features.
• Orders and payments: items, quantities, shipping and billing details. Card payments are handled by BigDawg's payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: support requests, copyright notices and counter notices (including the contact details and signature in them), and survey answers.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages and builders used, features clicked, designs opened, errors, and time spent.
• Device data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring page and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see section 4.

2. Your uploaded artwork

BigDawg has access to all artwork and files uploaded to the Service. Uploads are stored on BigDawg's servers and cloud storage (Amazon S3), including in My Artwork, saved designs, print orders and production files. BigDawg staff, contractors, printing and manufacturing partners and automated systems can view, copy and process them to run the Service, produce and ship orders, provide support, review content for compliance with our Terms, respond to copyright complaints and legal requests, and improve the Service. See section 4 of the Terms for the license you grant us.

Do not upload anything you want to keep private from BigDawg. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload (Terms section 5).

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate and maintain the builders, your account, My Artwork and saved designs.
• Process, print, produce, ship and support your orders, and handle payments and AI credits.
• Run the AI and image features you choose (generation, vectorizing, upscaling, background removal, fonts).
• Send account and order messages (receipts, password resets, policy changes).
• Marketing: send you news and offers about BigDawg and 3dawg products and related services, and show you personalized offers and ads on our sites and elsewhere, based on what you design, buy and browse. You can opt out at any time (section 7).
• Understand how the Service is used and improve it.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security issues and copyright or trademark infringement, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations.

4. Cookies and marketing

Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We also use similar tools such as local storage and pixels. 3dawg and bigdawg.app share cookies and the information they collect so that we can recognize you across both sites and use that information to offer and sell you other BigDawg and 3dawg products and related services.

When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept all cookies or only essential ones. By choosing "Accept all", you allow BigDawg and 3dawg to use analytics and marketing cookies as described above. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings or by clearing your browser's cookies. Your browser may also let you block cookies, though parts of the Service may stop working.

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals, but we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of marketing cookies where the law requires it.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your uploaded artwork. We share information only as follows:

• Between BigDawg and 3dawg, which operate as one service.
• Service providers working for us: cloud hosting and storage (e.g. Amazon Web Services), payment processing, email delivery, analytics and advertising partners, and AI and image providers that power features you use (such as OpenAI for image and text generation, QuiverAI for vectorizing and Mixfont for fonts). They may only use the information to provide their services to us.
• Printing, manufacturing and shipping partners who make and deliver your orders.
• People you share with: shared design links, public templates and embedded customizers can be seen by anyone who has them.
• Copyright and legal matters: when you file a copyright notice or counter notice, we may send it, including your name and contact details, to the other party. We may share information with rights holders, courts and law enforcement when we believe it is required by law, or needed to protect the rights, property or safety of BigDawg, our users or others, including in infringement disputes.
• Business transfers: if BigDawg is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that deal.

Some U.S. state laws treat using advertising cookies to show you ads on other websites as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. If you live in such a state, you can opt out by choosing "Essential only" in Cookie settings, enabling a Global Privacy Control signal, or emailing [email protected].

6. How long we keep information

• Account information and uploads are kept while your account is open.
• Artwork you delete from My Artwork goes to Trash and is permanently deleted after 30 days.
• Order records, invoices and production files are kept as long as needed for orders, taxes, accounting and legal claims.
• Copyright notices, counter notices and records of infringement strikes are kept so we can enforce our repeat-infringer policy.
• Copies may remain in backups for a limited time after deletion.

7. Your choices and rights

• Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You will still receive account and order messages.
• Cookies: use Cookie settings or your browser settings (section 4).
• Access, correction and deletion: depending on where you live (for example, the EU, UK, California and other U.S. states), you may have the right to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict some uses, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email [email protected] from your account email address. We will verify your request and will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
• We may keep some information when the law allows or requires it, for example order records or records of copyright infringement.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and token-based sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you upload rosters or images that include minors, you confirm that you have permission from their parents or guardians. If you believe a child under 13 gave us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

BigDawg is based in the United States and processes information there. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where laws may differ from those where you live.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the Service.
